The Role
A rare shot to join a tight leadership team during explosive growth. You’ll run ops today while shaping tomorrow, side-by-side with the MD, reporting to the CEO. You’ll uphold client delivery standards, grow teams, streamline processes, win new work, and prep the agency for a killer exit.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring flawless client delivery
- Launch new client wins with sharp teams and processes
- Build, lead, and inspire top-performing crews
- Partner with MD and CEO on strategy and ops
- Find faster, smarter ways to improve processes and efficiencies
- Track profit, costs, and performance—make bold calls
- Be a respected, hands-on leader people rally behind
What We’re Looking For
- Proven team and ops leader, ideally in field marketing, brand experience, or staffing
- Independent agency experience is preferred.
- Growth-driven change management is a big edge
